Halloween 2024 Competition
“Tombstones on the Lawn”
A ghoulish Halloween night of fun and frights featuring a creepy illuminated pathway through a graveyard of headstone submissions on the front lawn
adults and Kids can enjoy drinks and snacks purchased from on-site food truck located in the main driveway at Drake Avenue
Competition Rules:
- All ages, organizations, Groups and businesses welcome to compete
- Non-Refundable entry fee $10 per submission (maximum THREE entries per group or person)
- grand prize $100 second prize $75 third prize $50
- deadline to enter is october 20th 5:00 PM
- Setup at Drake Hall Front lawn on Saturday October 26th 2024 between 1:00pm to 3:00pm
- Breakdown and removal/donation of headstones On or before 5:00 pM November 3rd
Design Guidelines
Must be hand-made, no store-bought or pre-made decorations accepted
Must be self-standing or staked in ground, able to withstand some wind or rain
Must stand at least 3ft tall to 4ft tall
Design Ideas
Materials must be safe and non-toxic, water resistant materials
Can be self-illuminated battery operated
Designs examples: funny, cute, scary, realistic, cartoonish, historical etc.
